Connecting Students and Employers

We are organizing a joint Student Day at the fair on Thursday, September 12, 2024. The Student Day will bring together future professionals and the most interesting employers under one roof. We specifically invite secondary and higher education students to the fair, where they can get to know intriguing companies in their field and network with potential future employers.

The Student Day is an excellent opportunity to simultaneously familiarize yourself with companies, experts, and innovations in the food industry, logistics, safety sector, and occupational well-being.

What is a Student Day?

For Whom: Students from secondary and higher education institutions in the field

When: Thursday, September 12, 2024, from 9 AM to 4 PM

Where: Tampere Exhibition and Sports Center

What does the Student Day include?

We will prepare an event map for students arriving on Thursday, indicating the booths of the exhibitors participating in the Student Day. Exhibitors can organize programs for students at their booths, discuss their company’s internship opportunities, or provide specific tips for employment in the field. When students have visited the marked booths on the map and collected stamps for their visits, they will receive a surprise prize sponsored by Linkosuo as a reward for their efforts.

Students can also choose to visit other exhibitors of interest and, of course, the fair program during the day. In addition to the Food Industry fair, students will have the opportunity to explore the Logistics fair, EuroSafety fair, and Occupational Well-being fair during the Student Day.
