Presentation and Technical Information
Please deliver your presentation materials and any additional content required for your session by Tuesday, 1 September, using the links below. Please ensure you upload your presentation to the correct folder and correct day.

- Each speaking slot is 25 minutes. As programme stages operate continuously throughout the event, we kindly ask you to keep your presentation within the agreed schedule.
- If your presentation includes video or audio, please inform us separately. Video files must be sent as separate files to ensure smooth playback.
- Preferred video format: Full HD 16:9, .mp4 (H.264).
- Presentation specifications: Aspect ratio 16:9, resolution 1920×1080, Font size 20+ to ensure readability from the back rows. All common formats supported (e.g., PowerPoint)
- Please prepare all materials so that they do not require an internet connection during the presentation.
Stage Setup and Technical Equipment
- Large screen for presentations
- Full audio system and microphones (headset microphone recommended)
- Speaker support monitor (with notes visible), clicker
- On‑site technician and programme stage assistant
- Stage host will introduce speakers and programme items
Please arrive near the stage at least 10 minutes before your session for microphone setup.
Additional Information
- Please remember to promote your presentation on your own website and social media channels.
- Tampereen Messut Oy covers Teosto fees for music played on programme stages.
