Please deliver your presentation materials and any additional content required for your session by Tuesday, 1 September, using the links below. Please ensure you upload your presentation to the correct folder and correct day.
Stage Setup and Technical Equipment
- Large screen for presentations
- Full audio system and microphones (headset microphone recommended)
- Speaker support monitor (with notes visible), clicker
- On‑site technician and programme stage assistant
- Stage host will introduce speakers and programme items
Please arrive near the stage at least 10 minutes before your session for microphone setup.
Additional Information
- Please remember to promote your presentation on your own website and social media channels.
- Tampereen Messut Oy covers Teosto fees for music played on programme stages.
