Participation fees and stands

You can participate in the event either as a main exhibitor or as a side exhibitor. The price consists of a registration and environmental fee as well as the necessary exhibition space, stands, and other services.


In 2026, the registration fee and side exhibitor fee are €445/ company and the environmental fee is €40 / contract.


All prices are with VAT 0%.

Products and services displayed at the exhibition stand

The Exhibitor is responsible for ensuring that any required official permits, licences, or authorisations for the products and services displayed at the exhibition stand have been duly obtained and remain valid. In addition, the Exhibitor must ensure that the display and demonstration of the products and services do not violate applicable law or infringe any third-party rights.


All products displayed at the stand must comply with applicable EU requirements and, where required under EU harmonisation legislation, bear the CE marking. By affixing the CE marking, the manufacturer declares that the product conforms to the applicable EU requirements.


Documentation related to the CE marking (the EU Declaration of Conformity and the technical documentation) must be available and presented to the competent authorities upon request.
